Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a seasoned Human-Centered Change Manager to lead change initiatives within Experience Services. You will coach customers, guide change workstreams, and ensure high-quality delivery with leadership alignment.

This role emphasizes design thinking, behavioral science, and strong stakeholder engagement. You will partner with project, account, and sponsor leaders to drive adoption, measure outcomes, and scale practices across engagements.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of change management principles and tools (e.g., Levers & ADKAR).
• Experience leading Business Value, Design Thinking, or Human-Centered Change workstreams.
• Minimum 5 years in customer-facing roles.
• Ability to articulate Human-Centered Change value to stakeholders at all levels.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and work on site with customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute holistic change strategies for complex transformation initiatives.
• Integrate human-centered service design and behavioral science methodologies.
• Facilitate cross-functional partnerships to design and implement new ways of working.
• Drive senior leadership alignment and executive sponsorship to support transformation success.
• Scale human-centered change practices and new ways of working.
• Analyze the organizational landscape to understand a customer's capability for managing change.
• Identify barriers to change and propose solutions to leadership and sponsors.
• Conduct change impact analyses, stakeholder interviews, and process reviews.
• Design monitoring and evaluation frameworks to measure change success.
• Collaborate with program management to integrate change strategies into delivery.
• Apply design thinking outcomes into the change roadmap.
• Coach leaders and teams on Human-Centered Change best practices.
