Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Human-Centered Change Manager within its Experience Services team. You will guide customers to adopt new change approaches, oversee HCC engagements, and mentor team members across change-workstreams.

You will partner with account leadership and project teams to ensure successful delivery, measure impact, and drive adoption of new ways of working. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale change initiatives with customer-facing impact.
• Ability to articulate change value to stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in Business Value, Design Thinking or Human-Centered Change workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change strategies for complex transformation projects.
• Coach senior leaders and junior staff in Human-Centered Change methodologies.
• Design monitoring and evaluation frameworks to measure change success.
• Collaborate with program management to integrate change into delivery.
• Engage with account leadership and project leadership to align priorities.
