Job summary

TransUnion LLC is seeking a Change Management professional to support training and enablement for the TruOps ecosystem, anchored by Salesforce. The role combines stakeholder analysis, readiness assessment, and scalable training strategies across live, virtual, and on-demand formats.

You will collaborate with functional leaders, business partners, and implementation teams to drive user adoption and long-term proficiency, with hybrid work and regular in-person days at an assigned TU office

Qualifications

Four or more years of experience in change management, training delivery, enablement, or a related discipline.
Experience conducting change impact analyses and stakeholder assessments.
Strong business process knowledge and ability to translate changes into training.
Experience delivering training in live, virtual, on-demand, or blended formats.

Responsibilities

Translate Salesforce, business process, and system changes into practical training and enablement plans.
Deliver training through live, virtual, on-demand, and blended formats with hands-on learning.
Partner with leaders and partners to align stakeholder messaging, training, and enablement activities.
Develop microlearning and self-paced learning content to support Salesforce enhancements.
Maintain and update the training catalog to reflect evolving capabilities.
