Job summary

Raptor Technologies is seeking a Business Systems Administrator to design and implement scalable business processes across Salesforce, CPQ, Outreach, Gainsight, and Conga. The temporary full-time role (about six months) may be performed remotely from anywhere in the United States and involves 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3–5 years in internal business systems.
• 3+ years in a role supporting internal business systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Salesforce certification is required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability.
• Analytical mindset and deadlines-driven.
• Interpersonal skills across management levels.
• Knowledge/certification in Salesforce, CPQ, Conga, Gainsight, Clari; accounting/billing knowledge is a plus.
• Self-starter, motivated, strong team player.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• K-12 SaaS industry knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide systems support across Salesforce, CPQ, Outreach, Gainsight, Conga, and related apps.
• Perform admin functions: users, profiles, roles, permissions, and data loads.
• Develop reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business leaders to connect data to decisions.
• Document and design efficient solutions with cross-department leaders.
• Assist in QA/testing of system deployments and changes.
• Identify and implement new features to increase adoption and automation.
• Support and mentor internal teams on system usage.
