Job summary

True Zero Technologies, a veteran-owned small business, is seeking a Salesforce Administrator/Developer to own and evolve our Salesforce platform from a remote location. The role blends hands-on administration with light-to-moderate development, focusing on scalable automation, CPQ workflows, and governance to expand platform capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience including user/security management, Flow Builder, and dashboards.
• Experience building declarative automation (Flows, validation rules, approvals) in a production org.
• Direct experience configuring CPQ or quoting solutions (Salesforce CPQ or similar).
• Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) at minimum; Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Salesforce org, including user management and security model.
• Design and optimize Flows and declarative automation to streamline processes.
• Implement data architecture, change management, and platform governance best practices.
• Configure CPQ/quoting workflows, product/pricing rules, approvals and templates.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Evaluate and integrate AppExchange tools and third-party integrations.
• Provide light development (Apex, LWC) where needed.
• Document configurations and changes for long-term maintainability.
