Job summary

Raptor Technologies is seeking a Business Systems Administrator to design, implement, and support scalable business processes across platforms including Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, Outreach, Gainsight, and Conga.

The temporary, full-time role (approximately six months) offers remote work from anywhere in the United States and about 40 hours per week, with opportunities to contribute to reporting, data management, and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in information systems/tech.
• 3+ years supporting internal business systems.
• Salesforce certification required.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Conga, Gainsight is a plus.
• Knowledge of accounting & billing systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide systems support to the organization.
• Respond to, research, and resolve issues with internal applications (Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, Outreach, Gainsight, Conga).
• Perform system administrator functions (users, profiles, roles, permissions).
• Support reporting, dashboards and data loads.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders across business and technical teams.
• Document, design and implement efficient solutions with the Business Systems Team.
• Collaborate with leaders to connect data, metrics, and analytics.
• Assist with identifying and implementing new features to increase adoption.
• Assist with QA/testing of deployments; perform other duties.
