Job summary

Raptor Technologies is seeking a Business Systems Administrator to design and implement scalable business processes across Salesforce, CPQ, Outreach, Gainsight, and Conga. The temporary full-time role (about six months) may be performed remotely from anywhere in the United States and involves 40 hours per week.

About the Role

The Business Systems Administrator will support the organization by designing and implementing efficient, integrated, and scalable business processes while serving as a subject matter expert across key business systems. This role will provide day-to-day systems support, administration, reporting, data management, and process improvement across platforms including Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, Outreach, Gainsight, Conga, and other business applications.

This is a temporary, full-time position expected to last approximately six months although the actual duration may vary based on business needs. The position is expected to work approximately 40 hours per week and may be performed remotely from anywhere within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide systems support to the organization.
• Under minimal supervision, respond to, research, and resolve issues with internal applications, such asSalesforce, Salesforce CPQ,and lite administration forOutreach,GainsightandConga
• Perform system administrator functions such as user, profile, role, and permissionmanagement, among other duties.
• Support departmental subject matter experts with reporting,dashboardsand data loads.
• Develop strong relationships with business and technical stakeholders.
• Work closely with the Business Systems Team andcross-departmentalleaders to document, design and implementefficientsolutions for new or existing business needs or problems.
• Collaborate with business leaders to connect them to data, key measurables, and analytics that will inform their business decisions.
• Support and sometimesleadthe identification and implementation of new system features and functionality to increase adoption and automation of current or new business processes.
• Assistwith quality assurance and testing of new system deployments and changes.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems/Technologyor related discipline or job-related experience equivalent to 3- 5 years.
• Must have at least 3+ years of relevant professional experience in a role that supports internal business systems.
• Exceptional communication and collaborative skills.
• Must have a Salesforce certification.
• Strong attention to detail with organizational skills.
• Critical thinking and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Some whohasa mind for analytics andisdriven by deadlines.
• Good interpersonal skills to work with different management levels.
• Knowledge and/or administrator certification ofSalesforce, CPQ, Conga,Gainsight, Clari.Knowledge in Accounting & Billing systems is a plus.
• Someone who is a self-starter,motivatedanda strong teamplayer.
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office products.
• K-12 SaaS Industry knowledge is a plus.
