Job summary

We seek a Salesforce Business Analyst to drive Run-Grow-Transform offerings by engaging with clients to extract critical requirements and convert them into well-scoped user stories, acceptance criteria, and project deliverables.

You will facilitate workshops, map current-to-target processes, manage dependencies, and support data migration, UAT, and end-user training.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as Salesforce Business Analyst or Salesforce configuration.
• Experience in platform- or solution-architecture for CRM projects.
• Proficiency with Jira and deployment governance tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct workshops and detailed analysis of client requirements.
• Translate requirements into User Stories with acceptance criteria and constraints.
• Document functional specifications and solution design.
• Lead UAT strategy, testing, and reporting.
• Develop end-user training materials and deliver training.
