Job summary

MNTN is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to bridge RevOps needs with our Salesforce platforms. You will partner with RevOps product managers, revenue stakeholders, and the Salesforce build team to turn complex business problems into clear requirements.

From discovery through delivery and adoption, you’ll ensure what ships delivers value. You will own intake, triage, UAT, and documentation, collaborating across sales, CS, and marketing ops.

Qualifications

• Requires 3–5 years as a Business Analyst, ideally in Salesforce/RevOps.
• Strong requirements elicitation, user-story writing, and process-mapping skills.
• Experience with Salesforce objects, reports, and basic automation concepts; Admin cert a plus.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, challenge, and document requirements with RevOps and cross-functional teams.
• Translate needs into user stories with acceptance criteria and map current/future processes.
• Own intake queue, triage requests, and backlog for roadmap prioritization; keep stakeholders updated.
