Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst to join our client's remote contract engagement. You will partner with sales and operations, own the backlog of Salesforce enhancements, and translate business needs into clear requirements and user stories.

You will lead small to mid-size projects through discovery to delivery, map end-to-end processes, and collaborate with developers and QA to ensure quality.

Qualifications

• 7+ years as a Business Systems Analyst or Business Analyst, independent worker.
• Deep hands-on Salesforce Sales Cloud experience for go-to-market or sales ops.
• Strong BA practices: requirements gathering, user stories, process mapping, testing.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales, partner/channel, and operations stakeholders to translate needs into clear requirements.
• Own backlog of Salesforce enhancements and fixes; prioritize what matters most.
• Lead analysis on go-to-market projects from discovery through delivery.
• Write well-structured user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Map and document end-to-end processes across opportunity-to-quote lifecycle.
• Collaborate with development team to clarify requirements and remove blockers.
• Plan and run testing, including test cases and UAT coordination.
• Coordinate with BSAs supporting quote-to-cash (Zuora, NetSuite).
