Job summary

IPEM SOLUTIONS INC is seeking an experienced Business Solution Analyst to support a large, complex Salesforce-based solution. The role includes translating business needs into clear requirements, supporting analysis, validation, and resolution of issues, and maintaining comprehensive Salesforce documentation.

The ideal candidate holds a IT-related Bachelor's degree, 5+ years as a BA, 1+ year with State Benefits systems, and an active Salesforce certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT related field is required.
• At least five (5) years of Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) experience as a Business Solution Analyst with IT project support.
• At least three (3) years of BA support for a large, complex technical solution.
• At least one year supporting a State Benefits system using Salesforce and Nintex DocGen.
• Primary liaison between client stakeholders and technical teams.
• Strong communication skills to gather, document, validate requirements and analyze data, and address Salesforce issues.
• Experience documenting process and application documentation for Salesforce applications, including use cases, solution/design docs, workflows, guides, and user manuals.
• At least one active Salesforce certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Translate business needs into clearly defined requirements and support analysis, validation, and resolution of application issues.
• Document and maintain process and application documentation for Salesforce applications.
• Collaborate to develop use cases, detailed solution/design docs, workflow diagrams, reference guides, and user manuals.
