Job summary

ICF is seeking a Salesforce Developer to support the phased implementation of an enterprise grants management platform built on Salesforce Agentforce Public Sector. You will design, configure, develop, integrate, test, and deploy secure, scalable grants capabilities while aligning with federal security and data standards.

The role involves Flow, OmniStudio, Apex, LWC, and platform integrations, plus data migration, CI/CD, and production releases across stakeholders in a federal context.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on Salesforce development in an Agile environment.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, business, or related field.
• Active Salesforce certification (Platform Developer I preferred).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a federal Public Trust.
• U.S. citizenship required; must reside in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, develop, test, and deploy grants management in Salesforce Agentforce Public Sector.
• Build Flows, OmniStudio components, Apex, and LWC; support data migration and CI/CD.
• Integrate Salesforce with government systems, financial tools, and analytics platforms.
• Create unit tests, peer reviews, and resolve defects across testing phases.
• Document configurations and ensure compliance with security and accessibility standards.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies with stakeholders and teams.
