Job summary

ICF seeks an experienced Salesforce Developer to support a federal grants management platform built on Salesforce Agentforce Public Sector. You will design, configure, and implement scalable capabilities across the grants lifecycle, leveraging Flow, OmniStudio, Apex, and LWC while ensuring security, privacy, and data quality standards.

Remote work is authorized in the United States with US Eastern time alignment.

Qualifications

3+ years hands-on experience developing, configuring, testing, and deploying Salesforce solutions in an Agile environment.
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, business, or related field.
Active Salesforce certification required; Platform Developer I preferred; other certs valued.
Ability to obtain and maintain a federal Public Trust; U.S. citizenship required; work within the United States.

Responsibilities

Design, configure, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Agentforce Public Sector.
Use Flow, OmniStudio, and declarative tools before custom Apex or LWC development.
Translate requirements into secure, scalable solutions meeting federal standards.
Develop and support integrations between Salesforce and government/financial systems.
Create unit tests and participate in code reviews and testing phases.
Support data migration, CI/CD, environment management, and release planning.
Document configurations and decisions for security, privacy, and accessibility compliance.
Collaborate with architects, analysts, testers, and stakeholders throughout delivery.
