Job summary

ICF seeks an experienced Salesforce Administrator to support the phased implementation and operation of an enterprise grants management platform built on Salesforce Agentforce Public Sector. This role will configure users, roles, permissions, objects, fields, workflows, flows, reports, and dashboards, while coordinating with architects, developers, and government stakeholders to ensure secure, compliant operations.

Remote work is authorized; US Eastern time zone coverage is required.

Qualifications

3+ years of administering large Salesforce environments.
Hands-on configuring users, roles, permission sets, sharing rules, objects, fields, and declarative capabilities.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field.
Ability to obtain and maintain a federal Public Trust.

Responsibilities

Configure, maintain, and support Salesforce in a secure federal cloud environment.
Manage users, roles, permission sets, profiles, groups, and access configurations.
Coordinate releases across environments and support CI/CD workflows.
Support sandboxes, deployments, and data quality activities.
Troubleshoot issues and assist with security, compliance, and production support.
Collaborate with architects, developers, and government stakeholders.
