Job summary

ICF seeks an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to support a DHS implementation. The role involves analyzing processes, translating needs into user stories for Salesforce Government Cloud, and collaborating with stakeholders in an Agile environment.

Candidates must have 3+ years as a BA with at least one Salesforce project, US citizenship, and a DoD/federal clearance. Travel to Martinsburg, WV is required for onsite work.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Business Analyst, including at least one Salesforce project.
• Public Trust or Active Secret clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship is required due to federal contract requirements.
• Resident of the U.S. and eligible to work in the U.S. with all work performed in the U.S.
• Lived in the U.S. for three of the last five years.

Responsibilities

• Engage with DHS stakeholders to analyze current processes and gather requirements for the Salesforce solution.
• Translate business needs into user stories and system requirements for low-code/no-code on Salesforce Government Cloud.
• Prioritize and refine the product backlog in alignment with project goals.
• Create process flows, requirements specs, user guides, and gate-review deliverables.
• Deliver user training to ensure effective adoption of the new system.
• Support DoD and federal security standards and contribute to ATO-related cybersecurity documentation.
• Facilitate communication among stakeholders, developers, and team members.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies to provide requirements insights and process improvements.
• Assist in gate reviews for system and lifecycle checkpoints.
