Job summary

ICF is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to support a phased grants-management implementation on Salesforce Agentforce Public Sector. You will configure users, roles, permissions, objects, flows, reports and dashboards in a secure federal Salesforce cloud.

Remote work is authorized with US Eastern time-zone hours. Strong collaboration with architects, developers, analysts, testers, and government stakeholders is essential to maintain a secure, reliable platform and support evolving

Qualifications

3+ years of experience administering large, production Salesforce environments.
At least 1 year hands-on configuring users, roles, permission sets, sharing rules, objects, fields, and declarative features.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, business, or related field; US work authorization.

Responsibilities

Configure, maintain, and support Salesforce applications in a federal cloud environment.
Manage users, roles, permission sets, profiles, groups, and access configurations.
Coordinate deployments across environments (Integration, Stage, Production, sandboxes).
Create and refresh Sandboxes; validate release readiness with teams.
Utilize low-code/no-code tools (Flows, layouts, objects, rules, reports, dashboards).
Support Experience Cloud, Public Sector, Service Cloud as needed; CI/CD activities.
