Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years related work experience required (e.g.: configuration experience on a health insurance platform/ application).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant field; in lieu of degree, six (6) years related work experience.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) required.
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms; experience with user profiles, roles, and permission sets.
• Working knowledge of the healthcare industry.
• Experience in a technical role supporting provider networks is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Salesforce operations and configuration.
• Create and manage fields, views, reports, dashboards, campaigns, and other objects and functions.
• Provide user training and support for Salesforce users.
• Work within Agile project methodology.
• Document system configuration and administrative processes.
• Audit changes and ensure defect-free deployments.
