Job summary
Excellus BCBS is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to manage day-to-day operations, configure Salesforce to fit the provider lifecycle management (PLM) needs, and create fields, views, reports, dashboards, campaigns, and other Salesforce objects and functions.
The role requires strong business sense and the ability to translate business needs into system solutions, plus training and user support to ensure system stability and scalability within a healthcare provider network.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant field.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) required.
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms and managing user profiles/roles/permissions.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day Salesforce operations and user support.
- Configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and validations.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and automation workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and adhere to SDLC practices.
- Assist in evaluating AppExchange tools for feasibility and impact.
