Job summary

Qualifications
- Minimum two years of Salesforce administration experience.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) required.
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms and user management.
- Experience with reports, dashboards, and automation in Salesforce.
- Healthcare industry experience preferred.
- Ability to translate business needs into system solutions.
Responsibilities
- Configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and validations.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, list views, and automation rules.
- Manage daily Salesforce operations: users, roles, profiles, security settings.
- Collaborate with business partners to gather requirements and define solutions.
- Pilot and implement new Salesforce features and AppExchange tools.
- Provide user training and ongoing support for end users.
