Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant field, or 6 years of related work experience.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) required.
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms and administration.
• Experience supporting provider networks and healthcare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Salesforce CRM including users, profiles, roles, and teams.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, lists, and automation.
• Configure objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validations and data models.
• Collaborate in Agile project environments and document configurations.
• Develop unit tests and manage work plans for projects.
• Train users and provide ongoing Salesforce support.
