Job summary

Capital District Physicians Health Plan Inc (CDPHP) seeks a Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize the Salesforce platform supporting provider lifecycle management. You will configure objects, fields, views, reports, dashboards, and automation while partnering with provider network leaders and cross-functional teams.

The role requires ADM 201 certification, two+ years' experience, and strong data quality, testing, and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years related work experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant field; six (6) years of related work experience in lieu of a degree.
• Prior experience in a technical role supporting provider networks strongly preferred.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) required.
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms.
• Working knowledge of the healthcare industry.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with cross-functional teams and make decisions.
• Ability to take initiative and drive toward outcomes.
• Knowledge of SDLC activities.
• Working knowledge of analysis/design, unit testing and data gathering techniques.
• Strong process orientation and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with provider network leaders and Product Owner to understand strategy and implement solutions.
• Manage and maintain Salesforce CRM: user setup, profiles, roles, teams, and object customization.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, list views, and automation; monitor data quality.
• Work within Agile project methodology and document processes.
• Provide user training and create documentation for configurations.
• Execute unit tests and manage work plans for projects.
• Research, analyze, and configure to resolve Salesforce issues.
• Communicate with partners to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Oversee development lifecycle for Salesforce changes and ensure defect-free implementations.
• Manage daily Salesforce platform functions and data cleansing.
