Qualifications

Experience with SDLC, testing, and data gathering techniques.
Ability to partner with cross-functional teams and translate requirements.

Responsibilities

Manage Salesforce CRM users, profiles, roles, and teams; customize objects and layouts.
Create reports, dashboards, list views, and automation; monitor data quality.
Configure fields, record types, page layouts, and validations; document changes.
Develop unit tests and work plans; participate in Agile projects.
Provide user training and ongoing system support; resolve issues.
Evaluate Salesforce updates and AppExchange tools for feasibility.
