Job summary

Soft Corp Technlogies is seeking a Salesforce Administrator (Not a developer) for a fully remote role based in India. The initial engagement is 6 months, with a possibility to extend to three years under client agreement.

You will perform Salesforce administration, manage data imports and cleanup, run reports and dashboards, create basic Flows, and provide user support and case management while ensuring smooth platform navigation and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Salesforce Administrator experience within enterprise environments.
• Experience with data imports, cleanups, and data quality checks.
• Strong problem-solving and effective communication with business users.
