Job summary

TaxSlayer is actively seeking a detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to support the day-to-day administration of our Sales Cloud. This fully remote position collaborates with business stakeholders, technical teams, and end users to configure, secure, and optimize Salesforce functionality.

You will maintain data integrity, implement automation with Flow, support deployments, and provide end-user training and documentation to ensure productive adoption across Sales and Marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years administering Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Experience with Salesforce Flow and security settings.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Salesforce functionality, including custom objects, fields, and page layouts.
• Manage deployments and ongoing admin of Salesforce CRM.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and stakeholders to deliver analytics and reports.
• Provide end-user training and documentation.
• Monitor data quality and security across the platform.
• Support integrations and data flows with other systems.
