Qualifications

• 0–2 years of Salesforce admin or related IT/support experience.
• Familiarity with Salesforce fundamentals and platform features.
• Exposure to Sales Cloud or Service Cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions with focus on UX.
• Configure Salesforce features including Flow, fields, page layouts, record types, apps, and automation.
• Support data quality initiatives and maintain data integrity via rules and automation.
• Assist with security configuration: users, roles, profiles, permissions, sharing.
• Monitor tickets, provide first-level triage, escalate issues as needed.
• Collaborate with senior team members to review solutions and participate in platform discussions.
• Create and maintain documentation and SOPs for Salesforce processes.
