Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 6+ years in Information Technology with minimum 4 years in Salesforce implementations and support.
• Hands-on proficiency with Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce platform development.
• Proficient with Apex, Process Builder, Visualforce, SOQL, Flow, Triggers, and platform events.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs (SOAP/REST) and data integration.
• Ability to design complex data models, sharing rules, and security configurations.
• Experience with data loading tools and integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Understand the company and affiliates’ application environment and dependencies.
• Lead solution design, development, customization, and end-user support of Salesforce across clouds.
• Develop enhancements: custom objects, workflows, validation rules, approvals, flows, and email alerts.
• Integrate applications with Salesforce via connectors or APIs.
• Collaborate with IT Support and Business Analysts to gather requirements and propose Salesforce solutions.
• Ensure changes are documented, reviewed, tested, and deployed.
• Provide guidance on architecture, data integrity, and operational reliability.
• Mentor teams on best practices and solution delivery.
