Job summary

TaxSlayer is seeking a detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to support the day-to-day administration of our Salesforce Sales Cloud (Agentforce Sales) platform. You will configure and maintain Salesforce functionality, ensure data integrity, and act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.

In this fully remote role, you will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and other teams to drive processes, governance, and user adoption while maintaining platform security,

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform administration, configuration, and ongoing management.
• Experience configuring workflows, reports, dashboards, permissions, and security settings.
• Understanding of Salesforce automation tools, including Salesforce Flow.

Responsibilities
