Job summary

SyBridge Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator to manage, optimize, and support our Salesforce platform, enabling business operations and driving digital transformation across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Salesforce administration, configuration, automation, user management, and platform optimization while ensuring adherence to best practices, data integrity, and security standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field.
• 4+ years hands-on Salesforce Administration experience.
• Strong experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and platform administration.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows and process automation.
• Experience creating and managing reports, dashboards, and data management processes.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce security (Roles, Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules).
• Experience supporting Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Data Loader and data migration activities.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and Flows.
• Develop and support integration between Salesforce and third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Customize and enhance Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce products as required.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Administer, configure, and maintain the Salesforce platform to support business needs.
• Build and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and Flows.
• Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
• Support and enhance Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce products as required.
• Monitor system performance, data quality, and platform adoption while implementing best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues, providing timely support to end users.
• Support data imports, exports, cleansing, and ongoing data management activities.
• Assist with Salesforce releases, testing, system enhancements, and environment management.
• Create and maintain system documentation, training materials, and knowledge-base articles.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and platform optimization.

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce security, including Roles, Profiles, Permission Sets, and Sharing Rules.

Nature of Work

Full‑time remote role (anywhere from Pakistan) supporting global business operations and Salesforce initiatives.
