Job summary

Salesloft is hiring a Business Systems Administrator, Customer Experience, a remote role within the United States. You will own Salesforce and related CX systems, drive automation of manual processes, and lead cross-functional initiatives to improve customer success, services, and support.

You will collaborate with Sales, Success, and IT teams to design, implement, and maintain scalable solutions, ensuring data security and efficient processes that support a world-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• 3+ years in a related role; SaaS experience a plus.
• Salesforce Admin certification required.
• Salesforce Service Cloud, Knowledge, Live Agent, Communities experience preferred.

Responsibilities
