Job summary

Salesloft is seeking a Salesforce CRM-focused Business Systems Administrator to support the Customer Experience systems, including Service Cloud, Knowledge, Live Agent, and Communities. You will automate processes, design flows, and lead system improvements across Services, Success, and Support teams.

The role emphasizes security, access controls, and cross-functional collaboration as part of Revenue Operations. A foundational Salesforce Admin certification is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3+ years in related role; SaaS experience a plus
• 2-3 years administering Salesforce Service Cloud, Knowledge, Live Agent, and Customer Communities
• Salesforce Administrator certification required
• Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant certification a plus
• Experience designing, revising and managing Salesforce Flows
• Strong change management and project coordination skills

Responsibilities

• Work with Services, Success, and Support to identify manual processes to automate
• Scope, plan, recommend, and deliver system solutions to meet objectives and OKRs
• Lead the design, build, delivery and support of a redesigned Customer Hub
• Administer access and configuration with security controls to protect data
