Job summary

Salesloft is seeking a Senior Business Systems Administrator in the United States with remote work flexibility. You will lead strategy, planning, and optimization across G&A and Finance systems, driving AI-enabled improvements and system roadmaps.

You will own product roadmaps, manage integrations, and collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align systems with business goals while ensuring governance and documentation across the stack.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience leading G&A and Finance system tech stack (e.g. Netsuite, Zone Billing, HiBob).
• Strong understanding of AI capabilities and tools for complex AI solutions.
• Experience in designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-level business systems.
• Proven experience with system integrations and middleware technologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and process optimization skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain RACI matrices for all business systems.
• Analyze and monitor system usage to improve adoption and value.
• Act as the product owner for key business systems, defining roadmaps and managing lifecycle.
• Own validation for new system evaluations and purchases.
• Lead ideation, development, and delivery for AI use cases.
• Integrations and advanced configurations/support.
• Collaborate with business leaders to align system roadmaps with goals.
• Identify and implement system-driven solutions to optimize processes.
• Create and maintain documentation of data flows, processes, and configurations.
• Establish standards for system configuration management.
