Salesloft is seeking a Business Systems Administrator, Customer Experience. This fully remote role supports Salesforce and related customer experience systems across Services, Success, and Support.

You will automate manual processes, design, build, and deliver system solutions, and help redesign the Customer Hub while maintaining security and scale for a global customer base. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years experience in a related role; SaaS experience is a plus.
• 2-3 years experience administering Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Knowledge, Live Agent, and Customer Communities preferred.
• Salesforce Administrator certification is required.
• Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant certification is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience designing, revising and managing Salesforce Flows.
• Ability to lead teams through change management and business transformations.
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to collaborate with management and others in the company.
• Disciplined, flexible, and autonomous work habits; we don't micromanage.
• Understanding of the SaaS business model and culture is a plus.
