Job summary

Mersen is seeking a Sales Territory Manager for the Electrical Motors segment in the Northeast USA. You will drive revenue and margin growth across a 15-state region, manage key customer relationships, and develop strategies to expand the portfolio.

The role requires extensive travel and collaboration with internal teams and external reps. Qualified candidates have 5+ years of technical outside sales experience, knowledge of electrical motors, and proficiency with Salesforce CRM.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ technical outside sales experience; electrical and motors helpful; OEM experience a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce); JDE a plus.
• Strong communication, time management, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve revenue targets and grow market share within NE territory.
• Manage and implement sales strategy across 15-state region.
• Travel extensively for client meetings, shows, and events.
• Interface with internal teams and external reps if needed.
• Respond to RFQs and procure contracts on time.
