Job summary

Mersen is a global leader in electrical specialties and advanced materials, serving wind, solar, electronics, EVs, aerospace and more. The Sales Territory Manager will drive revenue and margins within the Northeast USA, managing an existing portfolio and expanding the territory through strategic actions.

The role requires extensive travel across OH, MI, WV, MD, DC, DE, CT, RI, VT, ME, NY, NJ, PA, NH and neighboring states, with remote/home-office flexibility from OH/MI/PA.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical outside sales experience.
• Electrical motors knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with OEMs is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategy for the Northeast USA territory (OH/MI/PA, etc.).
• Meet or exceed revenue targets and margins.
• Nurture key customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Interpret drawings and specifications for customer solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams (R&D, ops, service) to ensure customer success.
• Travel extensively within a 15-state region and participate in trade shows.
