Job summary

Intellipet is seeking a Remote Sales Team Lead-Outbound Sales to guide a nationwide outbound sales team from a remote setting. You will drive revenue growth while coaching and mentoring reps, setting targets, and implementing effective sales strategies.

The ideal candidate has proven leadership in call center outbound sales, exceptional communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, schedule-flexible environment across Mon–Sun hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of call center outbound sales leadership experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate sales teams to achieve targets
• Background in insurance, healthcare, travel, or timeshare sales preferred
• Strong understanding of sales metrics and performance tracking
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
• Open availability required across the full hours of operation: Monday through Sunday, 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed targets
• Monitor individual and team performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement
• Provide regular feedback, training, and mentorship to sales representatives
• Collaborate with management to establish sales goals and develop effective sales strategies
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices
• Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews
• Ensure team compliance with company policies and industry regulations
