Job summary

Sun Coast Sciences is seeking a Sales Coach who loves developing people and leads by example on the phones. You will guide a team of Protocol Review agents through a scripted sales process, ensuring each member masters the playbook and shows up ready to perform at their best.

You will train, coach, and evaluate on opening, handling objections, and closing, while delivering ongoing feedback, development plans, and KPI-driven results. This is a fully remote, full-time role with benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years coaching or managing outbound sales agents in a scripted environment.
• Proven track record of helping agents improve with measurable outcomes.
• Experience navigating performance conversations with honesty and care.
• Comfortable demonstrating sales calls and leading by example.

Responsibilities

• Lead morning huddles that energize the team and set the tone for the day.
• Conduct over-the-shoulder trainings, scheduled role plays, and 1:1 development conversations.
• Coach agents through every stage of the script: opening, objection handling, and close.
• Facilitate self-review discussions and deliver Salesforce feedback tasks.
• Build and present agent development plans tied to weekly KPI performance.
• Lead from the frontlines; take calls, follow the process, get the sale, teach your team how to do the same.
