Lendbuzz is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own full-cycle recruiting for its growing sales organization. This remote role prioritizes candidates in the Eastern Time Zone and collaborates with the Corporate TA team and sales leaders across the country.

You will design sourcing strategies, screen candidates, and manage the interview process while articulating complex sales compensation models. A proactive, people-driven approach is essential to succeed in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years end-to-end talent acquisition in a fast-paced corporate environment.
• Proven track record sourcing and hiring sales talent.
• Background in automotive finance, dealership sales, or financial services is preferred.
• Experience with enterprise ATS; Lever is a plus.
• Ability to explain complex sales comp models (base, OTE, commission).
• Strong communication and relationship-building with leadership at all levels.
• Highly organized; capable of managing multiple regional searches.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for sales roles across regions, from opening to offer.
• Act as a trusted talent advisor to regional sales leadership and hiring managers.
• Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies to build pipelines of top candidates.
• Evaluate applicants, curate shortlists, maintain candidate tracking in ATS.
• Conduct recruiter screens to assess qualifications, sales track, and fit.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate panels for a smooth candidate experience.
• Explain and align on sales compensation structures with stakeholders early.
• Extend, negotiate, and close competitive offers; maintain pipeline health.
• Provide regular pipeline reports and propose solutions to bottlenecks.
