This remote position operates Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. ET, with rotating Open Enrollment hours during Oct 1–Jan 15.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, investigate, and resolve inquiries timely, documenting communications.
• Answer basic inquiries and resolve routine problems via calls, email, or chat.
• Conduct regular customer surveys to assess satisfaction and cross-sell opportunities.
• Provide contract administration support and resolve related issues.
• Develop new prospects and establish customers to introduce products/services.
• Handle broker inquiries about benefits, eligibility, and billing.
• Flexibility to work rotating schedules as needed.
