• Serve as the primary contact for assigned Sales Reps and Region Managers.
• Assist in the sales cycle from inquiry to close of business.
• Provide product information, marketing materials and samples to prospects.
• Collaborate with distributor inside sales to provide solutions and quotes.
• Generate new sales opportunities from phone and email inquiries.
• Provide technical knowledge on products and competitors.
