Job summary

ICU Medical is seeking a Sales Support Representative who will serve as the primary liaison between Sales Reps, Region Managers, and the Alternate Site customer base, facilitating communication, providing product information, marketing materials and samples to support the sales cycle.

You will collaborate with distributor Inside Sales, generate new opportunities, deliver technical product knowledge, and assist with territory management and sales forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Point of contact for assigned Sales Reps and Region Managers.
• Primary sales contact for Alternate Site customer base.
• Assist in the sales cycle from initial inquiry to close of business.
• Maintain and enhance relationship with existing customer base in collaboration with Sales team.
• Provide product information, marketing materials and samples to inquiring prospects.
• Work directly with Distributor's Inside Sales Departments to provide product solutions and quotes.
• Generate new sales opportunities from phone and email inquiries.
• Provide technical support and maintain product and competitor knowledge.
• Direct communication with distributor, distributor reps and end users for sales efficiency.
• Assist Sales Reps with territory management and sales reporting.
