LearnTastic is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to organize and drive the Sales team's operations, manage leads, customer accounts, and administrative tasks with high accuracy.

The role collaborates with sales reps, account managers, and internal teams to track activities, prepare reports, process orders, and ensure a smooth, data-driven customer experience for a fast-paced remote environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or related fields preferred.
• Previous experience in sales support or administration roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Sales team.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and other channels promptly.
• Schedule meetings, appointments, demonstrations, and conferences.
• Track and maintain leads, opportunities, accounts, and activities.
• Prepare daily/periodic sales reports and metrics.
• Coordinate lead distribution with sales representatives.
• Monitor performance indicators and identify trends and gaps.
• Assist with quotes, proposals, and sales documentation for accounts.
