ELVTR is seeking a Sales Operations Support Representative to back our fast-growing sales team. This full-time remote role supports CRM, analytics, and sales enablement materials to help enroll more professionals in our online courses.

You will respond to inquiries by phone and email, collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Tech, and Operations, and identify bottlenecks to boost speed and accuracy. English at C1 level, 2+ years in related roles, and CRM proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, sales operations, or a related role.
• Excellent phone and email communication skills with strong customer relationships.
• C1 level of English proficiency.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-starter with team collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Perform daily checks of core systems (CRM, integrations) ensuring uptime and data integrity.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email with timely service.
• Handle incoming calls and assist with enrollments.
• Conduct sales conversations to support the sales team during peak periods.
• Prepare sales materials and documentation for new course launches.
• Maintain sales enablement resources and product documentation.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Tech, and Operations to smooth processes.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement automation to improve speed and accuracy.
