American Express is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator for a remote US role. You will support PCCs with information, bookings, and travel-related arrangements via phone and email, ensuring timely, high-quality service.

The role requires at least one year in customer care or sales, with preference for travel/hospitality experience and high-volume call center exposure. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Formación

• Minimum of one year experience in customer care or sales.
• Experience in travel and hospitality industry preferred.
• Experience in a high-volume call center is preferred.
• Strong communication abilities; ability to engage with people at all levels.
• Self-motivated and quick learner.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary resource for PCC visitors, providing detailed information and resolving booking-related queries via phone and email.
• Handle incoming calls and messages promptly; manage missed calls and voicemails.
• Proactively make outbound calls to PCC visitors as scheduled by management to maintain visitor satisfaction.
• Allocate new visitor leads fairly among PCCs according to established rules.
• Assist PCC clients with trades, itinerary pricing, payments, and completing close-out tasks as needed.
• Communicate with internal and external customers to deliver outstanding service and uphold company standards.
