Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a National Accounts Sales Strategy Manager to lead cross-sell growth in dental and vision for large employer and plan clients. This remote/hybrid role supports prospecting, RFP management, and account planning across territories, reporting to the Dental and Vision Head of Sales for National Accounts.

Qualified candidates bring 5+ years in healthcare sales or consulting, strong presentation skills, and experience coordinating cross-functional teams; a Health & Life license

Qualifications

• 5+ years within the healthcare industry sales, account management and/or consulting experience, with a focus on dental and vision insurance.
• Sales strategy or pursuit strategy experience.
• Client-facing / presentation experience across finalist and capability meeting settings.
• Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives in a complex matrix environment.
• Experience managing RFP process working with cross-functional teams (underwriting, legal, actuarial, marketing) to develop compelling and compliant RFP submissions.
• Active Health & Life license required. May obtain within 90 days of hire date.

• Develop proactive growth strategy to increase membership and cross-sell opportunities.
• Maintain client-specific pipeline and strategy; coordinate pursuit activities.
• Support target account planning and client presentations.
