Job summary

The role supports prospecting and RFP management across territories and reports to the Dental and Vision Head of Sales for National Accounts. This remote/hybrid, full-time role involves coordinating with underwriting, legal, actuarial, and marketing to develop competitive proposals,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare sales, account management, or consulting.
• Experience leading sales strategy or pursuit strategy.
• Strong client-facing and presentation skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional RFP processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop proactive growth strategies to achieve membership targets.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities within existing Aetna/Caremark clients.
• Coordinate development of competitive quotes with underwriting.
• Maintain client-specific pipeline and strategy; support target account planning.
• Support CRM entry, reporting, and analysis across accounts.
