Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a National Accounts Sales Strategy Manager (Manager, Business Consultant) to develop and execute cross-sell strategies that drive dental and vision growth, resulting in new logos and membership growth in excess of targets. Remote/hybrid location is acceptable, with a 40-hour work week.

The role reports to the Dental and Vision Head of Sales for National Accounts and requires 5+ years in healthcare sales, a Bachelor's degree, and an active Health & Life license

Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare industry sales, account management and/or consulting, focusing on dental and vision insurance.
• Sales strategy or pursuit strategy experience.
• Client-facing/presentation experience across finalist and capability meeting settings.
• Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives in a complex matrix environment.
• Experience managing RFP processes with cross-functional teams (underwriting, legal, actuarial, marketing) to develop compelling, compliant submissions.
• Active Health & Life license required; may obtain within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Develop proactive growth strategy and process to achieve membership growth and exceed targets.
• Partner with internal/external stakeholders including peers, producers, account teams, and clients.
• Identify and prioritize cross-sell opportunities within existing Aetna/Caremark clients.
• Coordinate client pipeline updates, target account planning, and execution of pursuit activity including strategy, proposals, and final presentations.
