Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.
• 5–7+ years proven experience in sales analytics, planning, or related roles.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools (Tableau, Alteryx, Excel, SQL).
• Knowledge of CRM systems (SFDC) and sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales plans and strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Coordinate annual budget and ongoing forecasting reviews.
• Analyze sales performance, quotas, and pipeline data to identify opportunities.
• Create dashboards and reports to inform sales leadership and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize pricing and territories.
• Forecast accurately and monitor forecast quality.
