Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• 5-7+ years proven experience in sales analytics, planning, or related roles.
• Proficiency in Tableau, Alteryx, Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership and sales teams to develop sales plans and strategies.
• Coordinate annual budget processes and ongoing forecasting reviews.
• Analyze sales performance metrics and drive actionable insights.
• Create dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies.
• Manage data from CRM systems, databases, and spreadsheets.
• Develop accurate sales forecasts and monitor forecast accuracy.
• Support incentive and commissions administration as needed.
