Collaborate with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to align strategies with business goals, build dashboards in Tableau and Alteryx, and help forecast and hit targets.

This remote-first role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate findings clearly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, finance, or a related field.
• 5–7+ years proven experience in sales analytics, planning, or related roles.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Tableau, Alteryx, Excel, SQL).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• Knowledge of sales processes, CRM systems (SFDC strongly preferred).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex data findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership and sales teams to develop sales plans and strategies aligned with objectives.
• Assist in annual budget process and ongoing forecasting reviews.
• Analyze and adjust account segmentation across regions/territories.
• Analyze sales performance metrics and pipeline data to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Drive actionable insights to improve sales strategies and tactics.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards using Tableau, Alteryx, Excel, and SQL.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align pricing and compensation administration as needed.
