Job summary

Xometry seeks a Business Development professional to receive and process customer requests, draft technical and commercial proposals with technologists, and prepare related documents.

The role involves sending RFQs, obtaining offers, and completing customer offers, while handling non-standard situations to improve processes in a fully remote, full-time B2B environment. You will work daily with CRM systems, Slack, Zoom, and cloud documents.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required (B2+); German or French a plus.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles.
• Comfortable with non-standard situations and motivated to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer requests, draft technical and commercial proposals with technologists, and prepare related documents.
• Send RFQs to partners, obtain offers, and prepare customer offers.
• Resolve non-standard requests outside standard scripts.
